My passion for education and leadership development has led me to this new adventure. I have a PhD in Higher Education Administration: Educational Leadership from Liberty University, a master's degree in Higher Education Administration: Enrollment Management and Institutional Marketing from Walden University, and a bachelor's degree in Human Services and Resources from Anderson University. My career in the higher education industry spans over 15 years in various capacities and has included leadership positions. My experience has been predominantly within university admissions (undergraduate and graduate), enrollment management, and educational database operations. As a result of working in these areas, I have a wealth of knowledge in admissions processes, marketing, recruitment, database implementation/maintenance, and leadership/communication skills.  My passion for leadership development stems from my own experience with good and not-so-good supervisors during my career. I strive to be a servant leader, but also tailor my leadership style to whatever situation is in front of me. Different situations call for different leadership styles.
