Background:

My first jobs were in the restaurant and grocery industries (a long time ago!!) and a few odd jobs here and there. My first "real" job was working as an office manager at a small civil engineering firm where I worked for almost 5 years prior to starting my career in higher education. My career in the higher education industry spans nearly 16 years in various capacities including leadership positions. My experience has been predominantly within university admissions (undergraduate and graduate), enrollment management, and educational database operations. My passion for leadership development stems from my own experience with good and not-so-good supervisors over the years. I strive to be a servant leader in all aspects of my life, not just at work, and I have a genuine care for people, their well-being, and their success.​

Personal Life:

On the personal side, I am a wife, cat mom, stepmom, and Nana. I live on the beautiful Florida Panhandle coastline and enjoy walking along the beach and taking care of the "forest" animals around my neighborhood (squirrels, birds, raccoons, frogs, lizards, etc.).​
